1. What origamens is

origamens is a free social casino offering a single browser-based dice game for entertainment. It is not a real-money gambling service. There is no real-money wagering, no deposit or withdrawal function, and nothing on the site is for sale.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using it you confirm that you are, and that doing so is lawful where you are located. It is your responsibility to check that local law permits access to a social casino of this kind.

3. Virtual coins

Coins displayed in Creasefall are a gameplay counter with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, traded, redeemed, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or anything else of value, inside or outside the site. They are generated locally in your browser, are not owned by you as property, and disappear when the page is reloaded. Nothing about them creates any obligation on our part.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site as intended. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, probe or attack the infrastructure, script automated interactions, alter the game code in order to present altered results as genuine, or reproduce the site's design or written content without permission. Do not use origamens in any way that is unlawful or that misrepresents it as a real-money gambling product.

The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including Creasefall itself, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free of errors.

6. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Game outcomes are produced by a random process and no result is promised.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, nor for loss of virtual coins, which have no value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The origamens name, the folded-paper design system, the Creasefall game, and all text and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a revision means you accept it.
